Operation Hope is a ministry to adult nursing home shut-ins. Many of these people are in a dark, depressed and abandoned state. They have no revelation of God’s love and His desire to intimately be involved in every aspect of their lives. They only know of a distant god who has no concern for them. Many are unaware of the genuine love of the Father that longs to commune with them.
Operation hope meets the second Saturday of each month from 10:15 am – 11:00 am. We open our services with a few old hymns, have a short teaching and always end with a call for salvation. If there is any time left we pray with the residents individually and collect prayer requests.
We have many regular attendees, who have grown near and dear to our hearts, but there is always someone new. Our average attendance is about twelve people but we are doing our best to have that number increase.
